Victor Frankenstein meets human Dr Shellington

FINALLY! This was a request from after she drew me a lovely picture of Shellington and Dashi.
I decided I wanted to do something in return. I recently became a fan of Frankenweenie which also happens to be one of KwaziiCat's favourite films so she requested I draw a picture of Victor Frankenstein with Dr Shellington from the Octonauts (we're both big fans of Octonauts!)
I drew Shelly as a human (it made sense, as Victor is a human) and I thought he'd like to give Sparky a cuddle. I ship Shellington with Dashi, who in her Octonauts form is a dachshund, so I guess he knows a thing or two about dogs! Being a scientist, Shellington would also be more than eager to hear about Victor's attic full of bizarre experiments. I'm sure they would have lots to talk about!
